The Role

Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through multiple prospecting practices
  • Following up on sales inquiries that potential customers make via our website, emails, and inbound calls
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with customers 
  • Create and maintain a viable sales pipeline and funnel of qualified opportunities

Job Description: Account Executive

Location: Calgary

Responsibilities

  • Processing bi-monthly payroll in QuickBooks, as well as calculating and processing sales commissions and payments.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, performing vendor reconciliations, data entry, and other month-end duties as assigned.
  • Invoicing customers, analysis and problem resolution of the company’s outstanding accounts and verifying the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, procurement, and customers.
  • Processing various types of accounts payable transactions including data entry of vendor invoices and expense reports.
  • Proactively contacting key vendors to request updated statements and ensure balances are reconciled.
  • Processing cheques and electronic payments and transfers.
  • Preparing various monthly, quarterly and yearly account reconciliations and assisting with overall financial reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • of 1-3 years experience in an accounting role is preferred.
  • Post-secondary accounting diploma or degree is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or Payroll systems is an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

As a Project Coordinator for the Audio Visual team, you enjoy being organized, detail-oriented and successfully assisting the Project Managers with managing multiple projects from start to finish, working collaboratively with a team and seeing the client ecstatic about the final result.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Managers in managing the day-to-day interactions of multiple projects with internal team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate, plan and implement the day-to-day interactions of multiple projects with internal team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Review and acquire a thorough knowledge of contract documents for each assigned project including but not limited to: project scope of work, bid drawings, and specifications, contract, subcontractor scopes of work and construction schedules.
  • Provide support for projects to the defined scope of work, implement scope management procedures and defined timelines to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Pro-active preparation and planning to minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects.
  • Review and present deliverables across projects and report project status to relevant stakeholders, including the internal team and clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and focus on building client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Audio/Video integrations and installations is an asset.

AV Technician – Entry Level

AV Designer, Entry Level

Location: Toronto

As an AV Designer, you’ll love technology and want to work on designing Audio Video solutions for our clients.  This involves Discovery, AutoCAD drafting, assist in building statements of work and bill of materials. The AV Designer is an amazing entry-level opportunity to get into the industry with room to grow. If you’re passionate about technology with an appetite for learning and a knack for getting your hands on as much cool technology as you can, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for AutoCAD drawings, including elevations, circuit diagrams, riser, and rack elevations.
  • Creating AV bill of materials, writing project scopes, and assisting with project proposals.
  • Developing and implementing site surveys and site reports.
  • Supporting and working under the mentorship and direction of a Senior AV Design Engineer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of AutoCAD experience or have AutoCAD Certificate of completion from SAIT or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Strong customer facing skills and comfortable presenting to customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Nice to have but not required:

  • Basic understanding of network, and network related items
  • Basic understanding of Audio video equipment, connectors, and signal flow
